OUR 4TH ANNUAL PSYCHIC FAIR is in the works. SEPTEMBER 20, 2008 AT THE FRIENDS MEETING HOUSE IN OAKLAND FROM 10:00AM TO 5:00PM The planning, setting up committees, printing brochures, making sure the advertising is in place, and of course making sure it is a bigger success than last year is our goal. We are taking applications for visiting Readers, Vendors, Healers and Massage Therapy Professionals. Please E-mail our webmaster for an application.

Our "Mediumship Development Class" has been restructured.
Every Tuesday at 7:00 sharp the doors to the church are locked and we begin our development of Mediumship. For the next 16 weeks we will be beginning each Circle with Development CDs by Dr. Jonathan Parker, outstanding respected Teacher in the field of Metaphysics.

Join us! Beginners are welcomed!


"THOUGHT EXCHANGE"
Every third Sunday of the month 12:15 to 1:15 we hold a "Thought Exchange". What would you like to talk about? We will present your questions to the group and everyone will share their ideas on each question. Join us for a VERY interesting, factual, informative, and entertaining Sunday afternoon!

SEEK ANSWERS - SEEK KNOWLEDGE



We are having a very well attended Monthly event which is being enjoyed by all who attend. This Event is called "Medium Sunday". "Medium Sunday" is held on the First Sundayeach month with Brunch and mini-Readings following our Sunday Service.
Brunch is $5.00
Readings are $10.00

A special thanks goes out everyone one who has attended. Your presence at these events is the reason everyone has had so much fun and that we have had so much success.

Without our dedicated readers who so selflessly give of their time and Mediumship gifts, your contributions are helping us to
improve the Church!

It's a wonderful place to share thoughts and ideas, and embrace the "Spiritual Diversity" which seems to be just blooming here in Western PA.

"Upgrades at the Church"

Renovations to our Church in 2007 have been many:

Replaced the porch roof and Railing; Installed five new windows on the second floor, opening the kitchen window to let some beautiful light in; Installed a hot water tank; Completed some electrical work; Installed a New AC Unit in the front room upstairs; We have replaced the heater upstairs; a new heater downstairs. This Spring 2008, look forward to an airconditioner in the Santuary; update the kitchen and flooring upstairs; and new comfortable chairs for you sit upon in the santuary.

We are putting our money where our members and friends can enjoy and be proud of attending "The First Spiritualist Church of McKeesport". There is always room for new volunteers to help us to meet some of the needs of the Church. 
If you would like to offer your services in any way, please contact us. 

Your help and financial support are very much appreciated.

Congregation Meetings are now scheduled Quarterly.
Typically on the 3rd Sunday of the month staring each quarter.

Anyone who would like to be present for these meetings is welcome. We consider our Congregation as made up of members and non-members alike and welcome all of your input and comments.  Voting is however limited to Members. It is our intention to try to meet as many of the needs of the community here at the First Spiritualist Church of McKeesport as possible.

When you share your thoughts it makes it easier for us to accomplish this.
